If you don’t currently have a resume, it’s no problem. We will use the information from the Career Questionnaire to create your new resume. It includes all of the information we need.

Alternatively, you can also download your LinkedIn profile as a PDF to create a resume for us to use. Either way, we will guide you through the process.

To begin, simply choose your desired package and complete checkout on the Services page. Once your purchase is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with a link to your personal client portal.

From there, you’ll log in using your email and password, upload your existing resume (if you have one), and complete the Career Questionnaire. Your resume writer will review your information and reach out shortly to begin the process.

You’ll have direct 1:1 access to your writer through the secure chat feature inside the client portal. This makes it easy to ask questions, provide feedback, and stay in touch throughout the process, all in one place.

While job offers or interviews cannot be guaranteed, no reputable service can promise that, clients are guaranteed a high-quality, tailored resume designed to showcase their strengths and align with their goals. The process includes personalized collaboration, industry insight, and revisions to ensure satisfaction with the final result.

Revisions are included to ensure client satisfaction. While there’s no strict cap, they are meant for refinement, not unlimited rewrites. Most clients are happy within 1–2 rounds. The goal is to deliver a document that you feel confident using, efficiently and effectively.

Most communication is handled via the portal to keep everything in one place. However, if a quick call would be helpful, your writer may suggest or offer one at their discretion.

All major credit cards are accepted, and payment is required in full upfront to begin the resume writing process. Installment plans are not offered.

Yes. If you start with one service and decide to add additional support (like a LinkedIn profile or cover letter), you can upgrade the package and pay the difference before the additional work begins.

When all the sections have been properly filled out, the profile will be an “all–star” profile.
